Parties and Group Info

EXPLORATION STATION is a great place to host Birthday parties, corporate family days, church outings & family activites.

EXPLORATION STATION is a place for children to explore their world the way they learn best, through creative role-playing, manipulation of objects, and interaction with others. The center provides interactive learning experiences in health and safety, math science, everyday living and technology for children age 6-months to 5 years and their siblings. Children, parents, teachers and care-givers of young children enjoy the experience of learning and exploring together.

The center is also a training and technical assistance center for all of Robeson County's childcare facilities, teachers, and families. Programs and workshops are offered weekly covering a wide variety of childcare and parent topics and issues.

Parties must be arranged in advance.

Adults MUST accompany children. No children are to be left unattended.

Multipurpose Room Cost

$85* for room rental. This includes up to 15 children and at least 4 adults admission to Exploration Station, room for a two hour period.

*If multipurpose room is booked, no more than 15 children and at least 4 adults will be allowed in room at one time.

Cafe Cost

$100 for cafe rental. Includes up to 25 children and at least 5 adults admission to Exploration Station, cafe area for a two hour period.

Private Parties

Private parties are for Exploration Station members only at a cost of $125. Only invited guests will be allowed in Exploration Station as private parties take place during non-business hours.
